I started working as a web developer, but soon discovered a knack for design and user experience.
Currently working at Medspeed, a medical courier service. In the last year, I've started a push for improving new user on-boarding and improving overall usability on both Medspeed's scanner app and client facing order entry app. I've also created a handful of graphics and logos for our internal IT projects.
HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Angular JS, Git, Pug, Wireframes, Prototypes, User Workflows
Balsamiq, Photoshop, Illustrator, Experience Design, InVision, Webstorm, Git, Jira, Confluence
Web Page Design, Assessing UX Designs Using Proven Principles, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
Logo for independent consultant company, I'm The Boss. She wanted something professional but colorful to reflect her personality. The pink dot adds some fun color and also looks like a Bindi, which represents her Indian heritage.
Logo for an internal company website at Medspeed. This page is a main resource for employees as we transition into our next gen system. We wanted to use the Medspeed colors to stay within the brand guidelines. The map marker icon lets employees know this is their starting point or "launch point" to everything Medspeed.
Graphic used internally for Medspeed's next gen project. The car graphic looks just like the cars driven by our couriers. The arrow logo is reminiscent of the original Medspeed logo but moving forward, showing the company's movement into the future with next gen.
Another graphic used for interal communication for Medspeed's next gen project. This one is a bit more formal, using the Medspeed logo in combination with the next gen text.
App logos for Medspeed's scanner application. The existing app logo was the Medspeed logo. The goal was to spice it up a little so drivers can easily tell when they have the new app, old app, or the test app.
